Lucky prize draw winners announced!

The winners of two prize draws held by Hull Truck Theatre during Business Week 2008 have been announced.

The theatre held a business card prize draw to win a pair of tickets to the current production of John Godber's Our House during the two-day Chamber Expo, and a further draw at the Yorkshire International Business Convention.

The winners were Graham Fisher of Strata Holdings (Expo) and Huw Morgan of BP (YIBC).

The theatre used Business Week 2008 as an opportunity to launch its range of corporate opportunities.

Hull Truck is looking ahead to the move into its new state-of-the-art building on Ferensway in spring 2009 – and is offering businesses the chance to get involved with the prestigious project.

A range of bespoke corporate investment opportunities are available, including sponsorship of the main auditorium, education suite and opening production.

Hull Truck Theatre’s Joint Artistic Director John Godber said: “Hull Truck Theatre already has a national reputation and the new building offers huge potential to take us to an even higher level. To realise that potential, we will need the support of generous individuals and companies who in return can enjoy being involved with a renowned theatre company and its new home.”

Hull Truck’s development team were on hand during Business Week to discuss the range of exciting sponsorship opportunities available.

Tailored packages can be created – from sponsorship of the main 440-seat auditorium, through to support of the 134-seat studio theatre or even donation of staff uniforms.

Investors could enjoy a range of benefits including exclusive pre-opening tours of the building and VIP invitations to spectacular opening events.

Hull Truck Theatre, a registered charity, was able to attend Business Week with thanks to kind support from William Jackson Food Group Ltd and Oughtred and Harrison Holdings Ltd.
