This means all its work should be skilled, efficient and imaginative. The company's professional status should be reflected in both the work it presents and its standards of customer care. It should also be apparent in the style and nature of its marketing mix and other public profile exercises.
5. Hull truck aims to be a progressive force
This means it is forward looking, vibrant, and constantly evaluating and appraising its role and achievements.
