Creative Training
These unique training programmes offer a fun and alternative way of dealing with issues in the workplace, ranging from developing presentation skills, team building, conflict management and problem-solving.
Co-ordinated and directed by Hull Truck’s experienced Education Team, training packages can also incorporate the use of professional actors and use a variety of training methods, such as ‘forum theatre’, where trainees are encouraged to actively participate; directing actors in relevant workplace scenarios, in order to utilise and tap into creative problem solving skills. “ A good team building event that also gave me something to take away and reflect upon.
