Baby, He Loves You is a new play by Hull writer, Maureen Lennon, that weaves together original music, aerial acrobatics and storytelling under the intense gaze of a wedding party on Stage@TheDock.

Baby, He Loves You features original music by Ysabelle Wombwell and is directed by Paul Smith, with choreography by Danielle Clements, set design by Bethany Wells, costume design by Sian Thomas, lighting design by Jessie Addinall and sound design by Tom Smith.
It is Maureen Lennon’s first full-length commission with Middle Child since Us Against Whatever in 2019, which ran at Hull Truck Theatre and the Liverpool Everyman.

Event Details
Venue: This performance is not at Hull Truck Theatre. Venue is Stage @ The Dock, Humber Street, HU1 1UU.
Unreserved Seating: Seating is unreserved, with guests sat around tables, like at a wedding. Large groups may be separated: if you need to sit with your group for any access requirements, or because of the nature of the show’s content, or if you need to sit near the stage for lip-reading, please add a note to the access requirements box when prompted at checkout.
Please note: there are small gaps in the wooden floor of Stage@TheDock, so please wear appropriate footwear. The temperature may be chilly on an evening, so please feel free to bring a blanket, shawl or throw.

Access: Both performances on Sat 27 Apr (1pm and 7pm) will be BSL Interpreted by Sarah Cox. If you are booking for a show on 27 Apr please let us know, at the checkout, if there are BSL users in your group so that we can make sure you have seats with the best view of the interpreter.
