Terms & Conditions for events at Hull Truck Theatre
1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by Hull Truck Theatre. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice.
2. If you are unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show, providing you have contacted the Box Office more than 24hrs before the show. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer along with a £1.50 admin fee.
If the show you are booking for has only one performance we can attempt to sell on your tickets, provided we have 24hrs notice, and our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.
3. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.
4. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.
