1. Customers must respect any safety measures put in place by Hull Truck Theatre. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice.

Exchanges & Refunds

2. Tickets are not refundable unless the performance is sold out and we are able to sell on your tickets. Our own unsold tickets will take priority.

• 2.1. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be issued with a refund, to your original payment method, minus £1.50 admin fee.

3. Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show, providing you have contacted the Box Office more than 24hrs before the show start time. Any increase in ticket price must be paid at the time of transfer, along with a £1.50 admin fee.

• 3.1. If the show you have booked for has only one performance please see point 2 - 2.1.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.

4. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is rescheduled or postponed your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new time and date. Should this not be suitable, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

5. If a performance taking place at Hull Truck Theatre is cancelled for any reason, tickets can be credited to your Hull Truck Theatre account, donated to the theatre or a full refund given.

1. Arrival times will be staggered for this performance, to help manage audiences safely as they arrive at the venue. Please stick to the arrival time printed on your e-ticket. Anyone arriving later may be asked to wait until a suitable point to enter.

2. Once the show has started late comers will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.

3. Seating for this event is unreserved and Middle Child kindly ask that audience members fill seats from the front.

Accessible Seating

4. Spaces will be saved for BSL and wheelchair users, but these must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

For BSL Interpreted events - If there are BSL users in your group please make sure you tell us this in the notes section at the checkout, so that we can ensure you have the best view of the BSL Interpreter.

We ask that wheelchair users and those with access needs let us know of any requirements, by also using the notes section at the checkout.

6. If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the event, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show (if available) providing you have contacted Hull Truck Theatre Box Office more than 24hrs before the show start time.

• 6.1. If there are no other dates available we can attempt to sell on your ticket/s, provided we have 24hrs notice. Our own unsold tickets will take priority.
  
  
• 6.2. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.

7. If the event is cancelled, customers will be entitled to a full refund minus £1 per ticket admin fee and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. 

8. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.

Please note: the Hull Truck Theatre Box Office closes at 5pm each day.
